Ballinasloe Comic-Con 2021

A couple of weeks back I had the pleasure to moderate a discussion with illustrators/comic book creators Melanie Whelan and Ashwin Chacko for the online programme of the Ballinasloe Comic-Con 2021, which is organised by Ballinasloe Library and Europe Direct Ballinasloe.

This recording will go online on Sunday, 7 November at 5.30pm on the Galway Public Libraries YouTube channel.

There is a terrific range of programming being hosted online for the weekend so it will be well worth logging in to watch.

It’s always wonderful to see a Galway-based library supporting comic books. I was super impressed with the Ballinasloe library and its hard-working staff, so thanks to them for all their planning!
