However, the weather has been marvellous this year, and people are in rare good humour, so there’s been a great vibe – plus the Galway Food Festival is on so the city is buzzing. Two years ago I was in Stockholm with friends for Easter – it was unseasonably warm, with blue skies and a hot sun, so I had a wonderful introduction to that cosmopolitan city. I loved these giant Easter eggs in a window. Happy Easter/Passover to those of you who celebrate it!
