tappity tappity tap
A small chunk of my screenplay is written and delivered for review.
I find writing in script format much more enjoyable than putting together a treatment. The project seemed to breathe for the first time under my fingers. Small details, and minor characters, blossomed.
I wonder will this pleasure continue for the rest of the process? Probably not. I should lap it up while it lasts…
It’s only the first draft. In all likelihood the entire script will evolve as I re-draft it again, and again, and again…
The sense of accomplishment is nice though.
I’m going to stop for the moment until I get feedback (in a couple of days), just in case I need to make radical changes.
In the meantime I have a short story that requires immediate attention. No break for me.
