Mon, 14 February 2011 flowers for valentine’s

Purple and pink

Okay, so Valentine’s Day can be a horrendous, mawkish holiday, making it impossible to get a seat without prior booking in your favourite restaurant and can provoke an allergic reaction to any shade along the red spectrum for weeks afterwards.

Still, it’s no harm to remember to acknowledge the people you love in your life. Often they’re the ones that are with you during the bad times, and put up with your special craziness (everyone has some particular lunacy). They can be friends or lovers, family or colleagues.

There is nothing wrong with taking a moment on a day like this to show them your gratitude.

So, to the readers of my blog here are flowers for Valentine’s Day.

You are appreciated. :)
